MERCHANT POLICY
Our prices include taxes. Shipping + Handling is US$6.99 for Metropolitan Lima. Deliveries: Monday thru Saturday, excluding Sundays or Major Holidays.

Our prices are in US Dollars.
We guarantee protecting your credit card through "Yahoo Store" secure service and Paymentech (USA). Your personal/credit card information never leaves the U.S.A. We are registered in Morris County, New Jersey, USA - Millington Savings Bank and Investor Savings Bank, USA.

As a reputable merchant of Paymentech(USA) we will not charge your card until your order has been delivered or completed. This applies to Credit Cards with USA billing addresses. Credit Cards with billing addresses out of the USA will be charged immediately, disregarding scheduled date for delivery. PAYPAL charges are instant and not subject to further discounts after order is placed by customer, as opposed to Credit Card orders which we can control at our end. Our prices are quoted in US Dollars.



SHIPPING/DELIVERY LIMITS
PERUVIANA takes international orders for delivery of flowers and gifts in Lima, Peru. For Flower Delivery on same-day,(Monday throuth Saturday) you must order by 1:00PM (EST). Customer may select Morning of Afternoon hours (until 5:00pm), we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
PERUVIANA has partnered with serious Florists to also deliver orders in: Chiclayo, Trujillo, Arequipa. Orders must be received 2 working-days in advance (48 hours, not counting Sunday), for delivery Monday thru Saturday.
Fruit Baskets, only for delivery in Metropolitan Lima, should be ordered 48-hours in advance.

We do not do deliveries on Sundays or Major Holidays, unless posted on our Website. We cannot guarantee exact time for delivery, but do our best to meet your request. Please allow extra time for delivery during busy Holidays.

PERUVIANA is not responsible for:
  • Flowers, plants and preserved items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
  • Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the customer.
  • Decreased flower and plant quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.



  • REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

    We issue NO REFUNDS, as flowers and gift orders are customized for Customers, and highly perishable in the case of flowers.

    If Flowers/Gift arrived damaged or in bad condition, PERUVIANA should be advised within 24 hours either by Customer or Recipient of Flowers or Gift in Lima,Peru, and we will proceed with an expeditious exchange of Flowers/Gift in optimum condition.
    Flowers/Gift to be exchanged will be picked up at time of New Delivery. This is a requisite for Exchange.



    CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Customer is responsible for accuracy of Address in Lima, Peru (Shipping Address). Customer MUST supply us with a telephone number for recipient of flowers/gift in Lima. If not telephone number is available in Lima, Customer will send us an e-mail (not verbal advise), to proceed with the order at Customer's own risk.


    In the event address is incorrect in Lima, Peru, we will strive to contact Customer to correct address and offer to reschedule a Second Delivery at an additional Shipping+Handling cost(US$5.99).

    We will charge Customer's Credit Card for the full amount upon completing the Order on our side; after the first attempt to deliver to the Shipping Address supplied to us by Customer.

No haremos cargos a su tarjeta, ni cobramos hasta que su pedido este completo u/o entregado. Esta politica se aplica solo a Tarjetas de Credito con direccion registrada en USA. Todas las demas tarjetas con direccion fuera de los USA, seran cobradas de inmediato al colocarse la orden, y antes de hacer la entrega. Ordenes usando PAYPAL son cobradas instantaneamente y no podemos aplicar descuentos adicionales, ya que son procesadas fuera de nuestro control, contrario a pagos hechos con Tarjetas de Credito.     LIMITES DE ENTREGA

    PERUVIANArecibe pedidos internacionales para entrega en Lima, Peru. Pedidos de Flores recibidos antes de la 1:00PM (EST) podran ser entregados el mismo dia. Cliente puede solicitar entrega sea en horas de la mañana o de la tarde (hasta las 5:00pm). Pedidos de Flores recibidos despues de las 1:00PM (Hora del Este USA) seran entregados al dia siguiente.

    PERUVIANA se ha enlazado con Florerias en Provincias del Peru, para la entrega de flores a: Chiclayo, Trujillo, Arequipa. Ordenes para entrega de flores en Provincias del Peru, deben ser recibidas con 2 dias de anticipación (48-horas habiles, sin contar Domingo) para entrega de Lunes a Sabado.
    Canastas de Frutas, solo para Lima Metropolitana, deben ser ordenadas con 48 Horas de anticipación.
    No hacemos entrega los Dias Domingo ni Dias Feriados; si hay excepción lo publicaremos en nuestro Website.



    REEMBOLSOS Y CAMBIOS DE MERCADERIA

    NO HACEMOS REEMBOLSOS, debido a que las flores/regalos han sido preparadas A LA ORDEN exclusivamente para el Cliente, y en el caso de las Flores, son altamente perecibles.

    Si las Flores/Regalo arribara en malas condiciones, PERUVIANA debera ser notificada dentro de las 24 horas, ya sea por el Cliente of por el Destinatario de las Flores/Regalo. PERUVIANA procedera a rapidamente cambiar las Flores/Regalo por uno(s) de optima condicion.
    Al momento de hacer la nueva entrega, las Flores/Regalo en malas condiciones DEBERA SER RECOGIDO por PERUVIANA. Esto es un requisito para hacer el Cambio.


    RESPONSABILIDADES DEL CLIENTE: El Cliente es responsable por la exactitud de la Direccion para entrega en Lima, Peru (Shipping Address).
    El Cliente nos debe suministrar un Numero de Telefono en Lima. En caso de NO haber un Numero Telefonico en Lima, el Cliente debera autorizar a PERUVIANA por correo electronico (no verbalmente) a proceder con la Orden, a riesgo total del Cliente.


    Si la Direccion en Lima, Peru (Shipping Address) estuviera incorrecta, PERUVIANA tratara de contactar al Cliente para rectificar la Direccion y ofrecer un Segundo Intento de entrega por un Costo Adicional de Entrega de US$5.99.

    La Tarjeta de Credito del Cliente sera cargada por el Monto Total de la Orden despues de haberse completado el Pedido; despues de haberse intentado hacer la Primera Entrega a la Direccion suministrada por el Cliente.
